I currently work for Airbnb as a part time photographer and have been employed with them since 2018. I’m aware of all of their style guidelines and the preferred amenities they require, as well as the access paths for hosts coming from assisted living backgrounds. I use their same technique of natural lighting and bracketing exposures to achieve a well balanced natural look and feel. I also have done numerous works for Real Estate Agents as a real estate photographer and can do quick 24 hour turn arounds for agents that need their MLS listings on the market immediately. I edit the photos myself and do not ship them out to editing agencies so that the resolution of the photos remain at their highest quality. Rates and Turnaround

• 1 Bedroom – $160 / 25 – 30 pics
• 2 Bedroom – $180 / 30 – 35 pics
• 3 Bedroom – $200 / 35 – 40 pics
• 4 Bedroom – $220 / 40 – 45 pics
• 5 Bedroom – $230 / 45 – 50 pics

*add 5 drone photos to a photoshoot – $50

DRONE PHOTOS 10 photos = $100
TWILIGHT/NIGHTFALL 15 photos = $150

GOOGLE DRIVE AND ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

You will receive your photos within 48 hrs to your email address via Google drive link. 24 hour service is available upon request. You can then proceed to download your photos from Google Drive to your computer. I accept Venmo or Zelle as payment.
